Overall the food and service is satisfied. Coffee is rich taste too. Souffle is soft and melt after eat. Crowded during weekend lunch time. Like the Benedict meal.

Ordered the Breakfast Plate. Overall it was good. Just one tiny thing to point out. The menu mentioned that it is served with bratwurst sausage. I was expecting real bratwursts but when it came it was just normal small chicken cocktail sausages. This is a bit misleading. Bratwursts are supposed to be quite large and made of mainly pork. I think it would be appropriate that the menu is amended to properly reflect what would be served.

While the establishment boasts a welcoming and high-quality ambiance, the beverage selection is somewhat unremarkable. Notably, the entire building maintains a pet-inclusive policy

Other than the hard, non-chewy mochi accompanying the soufflé, everything I had was top tier! I don't know whether it was the oat milk instead of the dairy version, but it was the smoothest genmaicha latté I ever had. I wasn't expecting the mushroom pasta to have the right amount of mushrooms, garlic and seaweed, but they did, and the mushrooms and garlic tasted wonderful. And the matcha soufflé? I could have licked the plate clean. I definitely highly recommend this café! Bonus is the pet-friendly outdoor dining (I don't have a dog but I love to watch them ).

First time here, introduced by a friend. Nice quiet cafe perfect for meetups. Garden view, good service. Had the breakfast platter, big portion, tastes alright, lots of veges.

First time at the neighbours in The Hub. Overall a good experience. I found it very exciting that you can pick exactly what kind of breakfast plate you want to order. Very simple plate but good taste. I also noticed that almost everyone was ordering some fluffy pancakes so I got them to...and yes they are so fluffy and thick. Never had a pancake like that. Very delicious and surprisingly not overly sweet.

This was our first time coming here. When we went in, the outdoor seats were full, so we sat inside. The food was wonderful . We tried the Chicken Sando, and that was what highlighted our trip there. The Sando was wonderful, coupled with egg mayo, crispy chicken and soft bread. They had a hint of lemon, which stood out perfectly. The staff was very friendly and welcoming, and their serving was very careful and efficient. The atmosphere of the usual chatter still hung, but it was good enough to talk. Their souffle pancake was fantastic. Their homemade Nama cream topped with honey really made the souffle stand out even better. Will definitely come back. The food here was wonderful, would like to try the Prawn Sando.

Neighbours Coffee @ The Hub SS2 feels like a quiet operator — not flashy, not chasing trends, but confident in doing the fundamentals well. The coffee is the obvious anchor. Clean, balanced, and consistent, without the over-roasted bitterness you sometimes get in more commercial places. It’s the sort of cup you can sit with for a while — smooth, easy, and dependable rather than trying to impress in one sip. The space itself leans functional-comfortable: relaxed enough to linger, but not overly stylised, which makes it work equally well for a slow morning or a casual catch-up. What stands out about Neighbours is that nothing feels forced. The menu, the atmosphere, the pacing — it all feels natural, like a neighbourhood café should. Service is straightforward and unpretentious, and the overall experience is cohesive rather than memorable for one single thing. It’s not a destination café, but that’s almost the point — it’s the kind of place you return to because it’s reliable, comfortable, and quietly good at what it does.
